Pre-contractual information

This page sets out, in plain terms, the information Ethere must give before a subscription is concluded (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6). It is a courtesy translation: the binding wording is in the English documents linked at the foot of this page, and English is the governing language of the agreement (Terms of Service, Section 49).

Who the contract is with

Ethere MB — Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania — company registration number 308129929. Not registered for VAT. Contract questions: legal@ethere.cloud.

What is being provided

The Ethere service: an AI assistant embedded on a store website that answers shoppers from that store own knowledge, with a desk where the store team can take over a conversation. The plans and their limits are on the pricing page, and the Terms of Service describe the service in full.

The price

The monthly subscription price of the plan chosen, shown on the pricing page and again at check-out before any payment. Prices are exclusive of taxes, and Ethere MB is not registered for VAT. The first week on E1 is free and needs no card.

Payment and performance

Payment is taken in advance for each billing period through Stripe, and the service is available immediately afterwards; on E1 the free week runs before any charge. Invoices and payment history are in the subscription page of the dashboard.

How long it lasts, and how it ends

The subscription runs for the billing period shown at check-out and renews automatically until cancelled. A customer may cancel at any time from the subscription page of the dashboard, and cancellation stops the next renewal.

The right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a paid subscription within fourteen days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, unless the service began with the consumer express consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. Terms of Service Section 38 sets out the right and how to exercise it.

Complaints and remedies

A complaint goes to legal@ethere.cloud and is answered promptly. A consumer who is not satisfied may refer it to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, Lithuania) or to another competent out-of-court dispute body; Terms of Service Section 48 gives the detail.

The binding documents

The Terms of Service govern the subscription, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Where this translation and the English text differ, the English text governs.
