Legal documents
Last updated:
Every document Ethere publishes, with the version in force today, the date it last changed, and a link to download its earlier versions. The register is published in English, and English is the governing language of the agreement (Terms of Service, Section 49). Each document is a single source: the page below is the current text, and a pinned copy of every previous version is available from that document's own page.

Related notices
The Pre-contractual information is §48 of the Terms — the mandatory pre-contractual disclosures — rendered as a courtesy translation in the five languages Ethere serves, for a buyer who should be able to read them before purchasing; the English Text governs. The Shopper privacy notice is the notice a store publishes where the assistant runs; it describes what the assistant collects from a shopper and for how long, and it belongs to the store's own relationship with that shopper. The accessibility statement describes how the Service is built for assistive technology, and what is not yet met.

How a change is made
Ethere republishes a document when its text changes, moves its own "Last updated" date, and keeps the previous version downloadable, so a reader can see exactly what changed and when. Where a change to the Terms of Service is material, Ethere gives advance notice as Section 36 provides. The version number marks a material change to that document's own bargain or disclosures; a wording clarification moves the date and leaves the number, so a version number a customer already accepted is never quietly relabelled.
